Interview Room This allows you to conduct a panel interview with multiple interviewers interacting with the candidate in a professional yet comfortable setup.
Waiting Area This area can take upto 20 candidates comfortably while they wait for their turn.
Other Terms & Conditions
1. The booking is confirmed only once payment has been received in full in advance and Confirmation voucher generated.
2. Refreshments of Tea / Coffee and cookies will be offered only to interviewers twice during the day. Drinking water shall be made available to all.
3. Order refreshments / meals from the nearby located quality eating joints or order it thru Zomato, Swiggy. Feel free to use the pantry equipment - of course by taking care of it as you would for your own. (This facility is available for only management staff and not your visitors)
4. You will need to ensure that your guests and visitors maintain decorum and take care of the property and do not create nuisance or damage any assets. In the event of any damage, you undertake to make good the same. The infra structure is planned to accommodate upto 50 visitors during the entire period. Any excess over 50 may be charged on pro rata basis.
5. The address of the venue may be used only for internal communication to your organisation and privately to your candidates for the purpose of reaching the venue. No public display of the address of the venue is allowed. You undertake to ensure that the address is not used as your place of business at any stage.
6. The timing is from 9 am to 6 pm. Additional usage beyond 6 pm will need to be intimated to the venue manager at least 2 hours prior and will carry an additional charge of Rs 1750/- + GST per hour and would need to be paid in advance.
7. You would need to provide KYC of the organisation and the Authorised person managing the event. The visitors may be asked to submit their identity details and subject themselves to health checks.
